Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa Subclass 188 is available to those looking to manage a new or existing business in Australia. This Visa is also issued to the people who want to invest in Australian business.
Eligibility
- You should have business experience of a minimum of 4 years.
- You must be an owner of the business or require a minimum of 30% shareholding.
- You should have a minimum yearly turnover of $500,000.
- You should have a minimum personal and business financial asset of $800,000.
- Your age should be less than 55 years old.
- You should have a minimum of 5 bands of IELTS score ( Approximately $10,000 tuition fees can be paid as a substitute for IELTS)- for the main application.
- Your spouse should hold a minimum of 4.5 bands overall in IELTS or a $5,000 tuition fee for an English course.
- Your VISA duration should be 4 years and 3 months.
- The minimum amount required to establish a business in Australia starts from $200,000.
